Not at all. The coaching program and private strength sessions are built around a foundational approach, so whether you’re returning to movement after a long break or managing a condition that has made traditional fitness feel challenging, we start from the ground up and progress at a pace that honours your body and goals.
-
You're welcome to continue building on your progress. Many members choose to cycle through multiple programs as their goals and needs evolve. There's no pressure to continue, but the option is always there when you're ready.

The programs are designed to complement, not replace, any medical care you’re already receiving. Whether you’re working with your family doctor, naturopath, counsellor, or another practitioner, my role is to support your overall health through strength training, habit building, and nutrition education in a way that works alongside your existing care team.
If there’s anything specific about your health plan I should know, we’ll discuss it during your discovery call.
-
No, I value being inclusive of all individuals. While a lot of my programming is geared towards women, my work is rooted in evidence-based wellness and strength training that helps improve quality of life for everyone.
There is a place for you here.

Yes, this is one of the core populations I serve. Hormonal transitions can make your body feel completely foreign, and most fitness programs aren’t designed with that in mind.
My one-on-one coaching program integrates nutrition, hormonal awareness, and strength training that actually supports what your body needs in this season of life.
