Hi, I’m Rebecca!

Founder of Ground and Balance Coaching Co.

I specialize in wellness and strength training for women who want to feel strong, balanced, and grounded in their body.

I completed a Bachelor of Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia Okanagan, with a focus in exercise physiology, healthy aging, and behavioural psychology. I am currently training to become a Registered Massage Therapist to integrate my understanding of movement with soft tissue treatment.

With over five years of experience in therapeutic care and credentials as a certified personal trainer, I bridge the gap between rehabilitation and strength training. I help my clients build sustainable strength through evidence-based, progressive programming that aligns with their season of life.

I am proud to call the Okanagan my home. You will find me on the local trails, paddling the lakes, skiing the local hills, or soaking up the sunshine whenever possible.
